IC to NP Grade Change

Grade Change: IC to NP – CHEM 712 & CHEM 610

For a change of grade in CHEM-712 (Ph.D. Dissertation) or CHEM-610 (M.S. Thesis), you are required to submit the following:

1. Email a PDF of the final corrected version of your thesis.
2. Share a link of your thesis from KFUPM ePrints
3. Complete the Grade Change Form if your current grade is IC. If it is IP, no Grade Change Form is required.

Grade Change from IC to NP in CHEM-711

For a change of grade in CHEM-711 (Ph.D. Pre-Dissertation), you are required to submit the following:

1. ‎ Submission of the Dissertation Committee’s Assessment Using the Rubric by the Supervisor.
2. Screenshot of CGIS approval of the thesis proposal by the student.
3. PDF copy of the proposal by the student
